Atmosphere’s style is strongly influenced by Montreal and European café-bistro scenes.  Gilbert employs French farmhouse cooking as the basis for many of his dishes. One of Shawn’s signature dishes is the Braised Lamb Shanks w/ Garlic Aioli.
